Enjoying the incredible weather in the North of Germany, it is still wintertime! Today we had a sunny day with 18 degree centigrade (= 64.4 Fahrenheit) and many visitors came to the city of Bremerhaven to get some maritime feeling. The Radar tower is open to the public. It is run by the Maritime Authority controlling the water ways of the German Bight. It is a directional beacon. You have a great view from the top.
